SUPER MAGNETIC SEALER

Super Magnetic Sealers are highly reliable and widely applicable sealing machines. Due to the magnetic operation of these machines, you only need to close the sealing arm; after sealing, it automatically lifts.

As a result, this machine guarantees constant and reliable sealing. With this quality sealer suitable for industrial use, combined with the various accessories, you can find a solution for all your packaging needs. Hand or foot operated, 4 mm or 8 mm wide seal seam, with or without worktable, the SMS does what you expect it to do: seal your packs quickly and well.

The independently adjustable welding and cooling timer ensures consistent seal quality.

Super Magnetic sealer		Type SMS.EM equipped with an electrically operated sealing arm This leaves your hands free for positioning the bag to be sealed. Foot operation can also ease the working process when the machine is used intensively.
Super Magnetic sealer		Type SMS.D2 equipped with top and bottom heating This Super Magnetic Sealer is specially designed for sealing thick LDPE films, aluminium films, coated paper bags or PE inner bags and other difficult to seal materials
Super Magnetic sealer		Type SMS.TW Fitted with two 4 mm sealing wires for sealing in succession. The distance between the two sealing wires is 20 mm
Super Magnetic sealer		Type SMS.PN2 equipped with pneumatic cylinder On this machine, not only is the sealing arm closed by means of a pneumatic cylinder, but the pressure is additionally increased during the sealing cycle by means of compressed air. This combination of low-pressure closing and high-pressure sealing makes this machine particularly suitable for sealing heavier films and/or bags with side gussets. An air connection is required for this type of machine.
Super Magnetic sealer		Type SMS.AC equipped with AC/PN2 This Super magnet Sealer is equipped with a pneumatic blade that automatically cuts during the welding cycle. This option is only possible in combination with option PN2. It is possible to switch off this cutting device. An air connection is also required for this option (6 Bar).
Super Magnetic sealer		Type SMS-GW equipped with GW Super Magnetic Sealer for shrink packaging. Together with the shrink gun, it allows you to shrink wrap your products easily and inexpensively. This machine comes with a film opener, film perforator, adjustable work table with adjustment strip and a dispenser.
Super Magnetic sealer		Type SMS-FC/CD equipped with FC/CD This machine is equipped with an additional tube hanging bracket. This makes it easy to package products by means of a filling tube fitted with tubular film. Thanks to the special seal construction, which seals and cuts the film in one movement, it is possible to produce filled bags quickly and efficiently with tubular film.
Super Magnetic sealer		Type RVS.SMS – option RVS All models and versions are available in stainless steel. This also makes these machines very suitable for use in the food industry, cleanrooms and other places where stainless steel is prescribed.

All sealers listed above are available in sealing widths 350 / 500 / 700 / 1000 / 1200 / 1400 mm and can be fitted with various accessories.
